hangovers ,can they last a week?
i went out last saturday and got smashed, i had about 12 pints of beer 2 wines and a couple of shots, i woke sunday with no memory of most of the night, and went very faint and shakey, i thought stuff it and had 3 bottles to get rid of the feeling and went on sunday drinking another 7 cans of beer, i know binge drinking is not good for you but it was my stag do, monday felt crap, tuesday went to work and come home early feeling dizzy, its now thursday and i feel slightly dizzy at times some points a bit shakey,short of breath and no energy, also very tired, thought i was having panic attacks, do you think it could still be part of my hangover , and how long could this last, head is blurey sometimes and stress levels change like the weather, i havn’t been sick but have that sicky feeling in my stomach any help on this would be great.
I would suggest seeing a doctor, a healthy person’s body would have been able to recoup from a binge like that in less than a week. You may have damaged your liver, or maybe you got drunk and did something stupid that got you sick. Like, maybe you dropped some nachos in a puddle of water outside your flat, and you thought it was ok to eat them because you were totally following the ten second rule, brah.
